    Airline pet policies on flying with emotional support and service animals have been changing and now the Department of Transportation is considering a change to the Airline Carrier Access Act in order to address the issues that airlines have been facing - lack of training, the use of false credentials and the variety of species whose owners claim protection under this legislation.
