    DULLES, Va. and HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Becky Robinson, the president and founder of Alley Cat Allies, is flying an urgent delivery of emergency rescue and relief supplies today to the area impacted by Hurricane Ida.
    The small plane is loaded with food for cats and other animals, veterinary supplies such as antibiotics, wound care and triage supplies, microchips and carrying crates. The flight departed from Dulles International Airport in Dulles, Virginia, to arrive at the Hattiesburg-Laurel Regional Airport in Mississippi by mid-afternoon .
