    In late May, our daughter moved out taking our cat with her. I was so sad. He was my lap boy. After about three weeks, I started looking at adoptable adult cats. My husband agreed that we could get one. I started filling out applications.
    Something about Nina spoke to me. She was definitely a chonk , but her lovely green eyes seemed rather sad. Her family had had to give her up because they had to move. I really wanted to meet her.
